Channel Robinson guided me through the process and helped me choose the best cover for my family. She was kind and down to earth and very patient. This is the first company that allows you to go through everything after your consultation before commencing with the application as opposed to other's where you'd only receive more accurate information after the underwriters determine the new premium and waiting periods based on your provided information and you'd haveto go through a process of cancelling the application. With Bloom they tell you up front and you have the choice of thinking about it before making your decision. And what other medical scheme/aid gives immediate maternity benefits? I do not have words to describe my gratitude for all Bloom financial services has done for us. My sister who is a stroke patient and has only been on the plan for 2 months was rushed to hospital in seizures and unresponsive. Thanks to Bloom we were able to get her immediate care at a private facility. There was a lot of back and forth from the hospital regarding tests and payment queries which had me sick to my stomach. My sister was moved to ICU and I got in touch with Rowan Meek & Channel Robinson who managed to calm me down and said they would take over and liaise with the hospital for me. Its difficult emotionally having to deal with a family member who is severely ill, worrying about that and still having to sort out paperwork. All I can say is Channel is an angel and spent the whole day ironing out issues and phoned me continuously updating me on the the progress. I was a sobbing mess in the morning and by that afternoon Channel and Rowan Had taken such a weight off my shoulders. My sister is still in ICU but is doing well and I received a call this morning from Channel asking me how she is. I have tears in my eyes again but this time it's tears of Joy. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! xxx
